after reading your dilemma i gotta say, get rid of her. theres no going back after the apartment, especially under her name, then she'll have the choice of wether or not to stay with you, now that she's got everything, place to live, car etc. etc. if your still umming and arring about it, tell her to leave the apartment under your name. if she's serious, there's no diff. whose name its under. for your next one, you are poor ok? then you'll know.
