It is usually called antiserum in the lab. The term "Monoclonal" is refered to the pure antibody that is secreted by the clone of only one B淋巴细胞(融合myeloma cell). Becasue the mixture of antibodies in serum do not come from cloning the B-cells, it should not be called "多克隆".
